How long will it take for my order to ship?

 

Depending on the type of order you chose at check out, your order will normally take up to 2-3 days to be processed, possibly a little longer if we are experiencing high order volumes or for other reasons.

 

How long will it take to get my order?

 

If delivered within South Africa, your order should arrive within 5-6 days. Your shopping cart and your order confirmation email will detail the expected delivery date for your order. These are estimations and load shedding, other unforeseen delays within South Africa and delays at customs for international orders and other factors out of our control may delay your order’s arrival.

 

Do you ship internationally?

 

Due to fluctuations in shipping costs from South Africa overseas, if you want to purchase a product from our website outside of the country, contact us directly at hello@protectthewestcoast.org and we’ll give you a delivery quote based on the size and weight of your order and your shipping address. Should you want to then place your order, we’ll quickly guide you through the process.

 

Please be aware that the customer is responsible for payment of all levied taxes, duties and customs charges, which are set by your country of residence’s customs agencies. These vary by country and we are unfortunately unable to provide you with an estimate of these fees.We urge you to check the rules and costs of your country regarding taxes and duties before placing your order.

 

Where do you ship from?

 

We ship from Cape Town South Africa, which allows for timely delivery within South Africa only.

 

What does delivery cost?

 

The delivery cost is displayed when you view your cart before checkout.

 

Will I receive a notification that my order has shipped, and will I receive tracking information?

 

Yes, you will. You will receive an email from www.protectthewestcoast.org as soon as your order has shipped. This email will also contain your tracking number, with an estimated date of delivery.

 

What if I want to order something but it is out of stock and I am prepared to wait for the next consignment?

 

Please notify us at hello@protectthewestcoast.org and we will place your order in our order queue to ensure you are notified as soon as we have the next consignment of that product in stock.
